Final Reflection

The concept of the Penn State Department of Architectural Engineering Senior Thesis Project is very applicable to the work that the students will be doing upon graduation. This made it one of my favorite projects of my five years in the program and really allowed students to showcase their individual interests. It was great to be able to carry some of my ideas through from beginning to end on a project that I could call my own. I did feel that fall semester could possibly be structured more efficiently as there is some redundancy in some of the initial assignments and tech reports. However, in reflecting back on my experience as a student within the AE department I felt a tremendous sense of accomplishment.  I believe that is in large part due to the Senior Thesis project.
